Albert serves as the Managing Broker at the North American Home Group (“NAH Group”). He has been instrumental in growing a service focused group of companies specialized in various real estate functions that employ a highly talented team of professionals with complimentary skills. Over the course of his tenure at NAH Group, Albert has built a culture that empowers employees in the development of more efficient tools and business processes. His leadership stresses the importance of delivering the best possible experience for property owners, residents, vendors and the underlying community.

Albert has developed a reputation as a formidable real estate fund manager in the United States and one of the Southwest Florida’s foremost real estate experts with comprehensive experience in purchasing, selling, renovating, leasing and management of nearly 1,000 homes. Prior to joining NAH Group, he served as Vice President of Finance for MD Sass, a New York investment management firm overseeing portfolios of more than $16 billion.


Over his professional career, he has served in trusted financial roles at Deloitte & Touché, UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank and CIT. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Honours Degree, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a Licensed Florida Realtor.

Feng is the Corporate Controller at North American Home Group (“NAH Group”). She is known throughout the industry as a persuasive negotiator with the keen ability to assess situations objectively in order to effectively resolve challenges.


Since joining our firm in 2013, she has been instrumental in consistent revenue growth through her outstanding leadership developing and implementing processes that focus on driving revenue through performance management systems. She contributes directly to investment decisions by directing industry research and analysis to identify new real estate market trends and presenting opportunities to decision makers.

Feng is applauded by colleagues for her meticulous attention to detail and desire to push those around her to greater success. High levels of achievement at Brock University, where she graduated with First Class Standing, has continued on into her professional career. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Honours degree, a Masters of Accountancy post graduate degree, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has earned a Certified Management Accountant designation.

Greg, a licensed Florida realtor with North American Home Realty (“NAHR”), strives to give buyers and sellers throughout the Southwest Florida (“SWF”) region their best experience possible. Living in the Naples area for the past 18 years has allowed him firsthand experience with the dynamic real estate market the region holds. Greg’s strong connection to the community has allowed him to form lasting relationships with the people in the area and understand how they can be best served. His mission is to provide best-in-class service on every residential real estate transaction by providing exceptional communication, in depth property value analysis and attentively managing the transaction and communication from start to finish.

Greg has experience across various property price ranges and locations, including sales and listings of multimillion-dollar luxury properties in some of the most desirable neighborhoods around Naples (such as the Port Royal, Royal Harbor, Moorings, Park Shores, Old Naples, Pine Ridge, Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks, Vineyards, Tiburon, Naples Park) and throughout South West Florida. Greg attests a big part of his success to his tireless commitment to staying current on market pricing, inventory changes and buyer needs through detailed market studies, allowing him to make proactive recommendations to NAH Realty’s marketing team and to clients on how to best enhance value in their next significant investment decision.

Greg has several years of experience in commercial and residential property management. As a true professional he approaches his interactions with all stakeholders seeking win-win outcomes, even when navigating difficult negotiating positions. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.



Alex has applied his extensive experience as a Florida Real Estate Professional to assess market trends and ensure properties are properly valued. His meticulous research allows for effective guidance whether a client is buying or selling an investment.


Alex has honed the ability to pair the needs of renters and home buyers with the attributes that resonate with their personal needs. He has developed an effective system to express fair market value of assets relative to comparable properties and convey that information to our clients. His efforts have resulted in an impressive track record of success in residential real estate transactions.

Alex has established a reputation for going beyond the call of duty and exceeding client expectations. His ability to anticipate future market trends has attracted the attention of leading professionals in the residential real estate market.


He graduated from Technical University in Cluj-Romania with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he is a licensed Florida Real Estate Realtor and has successfully managed operations for a mid-size real estate investment fund.
